You can update your address, phone number and email address yourself by signing in via "Sign in | Register" on the website or in the SIXT app. A change of your name (e.g. after marriage or divorce) is not available via self-service – just message us on WhatsApp or Live Chat and we'll take care of it for you.

Update the relevant field and save
Name change
A change of your name cannot be made via self-service. Please message us via WhatsApp or Live Chat with your rental agreement number and proof of the name change (e.g. marriage certificate, deed of name change or updated driving licence) – we'll update your name for you.

You can delete your SIXT account yourself at any time – on the website or in the SIXT app. Before deleting your account, please complete any active rentals and download all important invoices.
How to delete your account
Sign in on the website or in the SIXT app
Click your name in the top right and select "Personal data"
On the Account page, scroll to the bottom and click "Delete account"
Confirm the action – your account will be deleted
What happens when you delete your account
Your SIXT ONE points and status will be forfeited
Active and upcoming bookings are not automatically cancelled when your account is deleted – please manage these separately in advance
