Submit a status match on the website if you hold status with an eligible loyalty programme. SIXT ONE will match your status to Gold or Platinum – you'll receive confirmation by email within two weeks.
Eligible programmes
Status match is available from selected car hire, airline and hotel loyalty programmes – including, for example, Hertz Gold, Europcar Privilege Club, Avis Preferred, Enterprise Plus, Miles & More, ALL Accor and Radisson Rewards. You'll find the current list in the status match form.

How to start earning points
Sign in to your SIXT account when booking – this is the only way for points to be credited automatically
For every €$1 of qualifying rental spend, you earn 1 status point (base rate and selected extras, excluding taxes)
Points are credited to your SIXT ONE account automatically after the end of your rental
Tip: SIXT ONE calculates points in Euros. Spending in other currencies is automatically converted using the exchange rate from your invoicing date
Link a partner programme
Link your airline or hotel partner ID when signing up to earn additional points with partner programmes too.
Check your points balance
You can view your points balance and status at any time under "SIXT ONE" in your account on the website or in the SIXT app.

Redeem your SIXT ONE rental points directly when booking on the website or in the SIXT app – sign in, start your booking and choose at the final booking step how many points you'd like to apply to the base rate. Rental points reduce the price for time and mileage of your private rental.
How to redeem your points

Start your booking as usual and select a vehicle
At the final booking step, your available rental points appear automatically
Select how many points you'd like to apply to the base rate
Pay the remaining amount with your card or another payment method
What rental points can be used for
Rental points only reduce the base rate of your rental (time and mileage). They cannot be used for taxes, fees, protection packages or extras.
Important notes
Rental points can only be redeemed for private rentals – not for business trips
Not combinable with vouchers, business bookings or partner rewards
Benefits as a Platinum or Diamond member
As a Platinum or Diamond member, you also receive a free vehicle upgrade by one category at the branch – subject to availability. This benefit is granted directly on site and is independent of your rental points balance.

Silver (entry tier after joining) – Earn status and rental points, mobile check-in
Gold (from 2,000 status points) – Member discount, +10% bonus on rental points
Platinum (from 4,000 status points) – Member discount, +20% bonus on rental points, free vehicle upgrade by one category (subject to availability)
Diamond (from 6,000 status points) – Member discount, +30% bonus on rental points, free upgrade (subject to availability), access to the Diamond Lounge at selected branches
How to move up tiers
For every €1 of qualifying rental spend, you earn 1 status point. As soon as you reach the next points threshold, your tier is updated automatically.
Tip: SIXT ONE calculates points in Euros. Spending in other currencies is automatically converted using the exchange rate from your invoicing date.
How to maintain your status
Your status is maintained until the end of the year following the year in which you achieved it. If you reach the required number of points again in that following year, your status is retained.

You can view your current points balance and your progress to the next tier under "SIXT ONE" in your account on the website or in the SIXT app.

Missing points are usually due to not being signed in when booking, your membership number not being recorded or the rate not qualifying. If points are missing after your rental, you can request them retrospectively within three months by email to sixtone@sixt.com.
Common reasons for missing points
Booked as a guest without signing in to your account
Your membership number wasn't recorded (e.g. when booking via an intermediary)
The wrong SIXT ONE account was linked to the booking
Non-qualifying rate – for example:
Replacement vehicle rentals (accident replacement, rentals via breakdown cover)
Long-term rentals from 28 days
Rentals via SIXT+, SIXT ride or SIXT share

A copy of your invoice
Your SIXT ONE membership number

For every qualifying SIXT rental, you can earn points or miles with numerous airline, hotel and other partner programmes – simply enter your membership number when booking or save it in your profile, and the points will be credited automatically after your rental.

SIXT cooperates with 15+ international hotel chains, including Accor Live Limitless, Marriott Bonvoy, Radisson Rewards, Best Western Rewards, Kempinski Hotels and GHA DISCOVERY.

When booking, your partner programme is linked automatically – or you can add it manually for each booking
Points or miles are usually credited to your partner account within a few days after your rental ends
Note: As a SIXT ONE member, you can choose in your account whether to earn SIXT ONE rental points or partner points. Your selection applies to all future bookings and can be changed at any time
