Create an account on the website
On the website, click "Sign in | Register" in the top right
Enter your personal details: email address, name and country of residence
Click "Create account"
Enter the activation code from your email – your account is active immediately

Open the app and tap "Sign in | Register"

Logging in to your SIXT account works via a one-time login code sent to your email address – no password required. If the code doesn't arrive, it's usually in your spam folder or sent to a different email address than expected.
How to log in
On the website or in the SIXT app, tap "Sign in | Register"
Enter your email address
Enter the login code from your email – the code is only valid for a few minutes
Login code not arriving?
Check your spam, junk and promotions folders
Check that you're signing in with the correct email address (e.g. whether you originally registered with a different address)
Request a new code if the first one has expired
No longer have access to your email address?
Your SIXT account is linked to your email address. If you no longer have access to this address, contact us via WhatsApp or Live Chat with your full name – we're happy to help you recover your account.
