How do I change the dates, times or location of my SIXT booking?

Change or modify a booking

Change your pick-up or return date, time or location at any time up to the start of your rental – open "Bookings" on the website or in the SIXT app, tap "Change", adjust and confirm. The new total price is always shown before you confirm.

Change online

  1. Sign in on the website or open the SIXT app

  2. Select "Bookings" and open your booking

  3. Tap "Change"

  4. Adjust the date, time or location

  5. Review the new price and confirm – your updated confirmation arrives by email straight away

Booked via abroker or travel agent?

SIXT cannot change a third-party booking directly – please contact the provider you booked with.

One-way fee

If your return location differs from your pick-up location, a one-way fee is automatically charged. The amount depends on the distance and country and is shown before you confirm.
