How do I change my SIXT booking?

Need to change your SIXT reservation We make it easy to update your booking conveniently online or through our app – quickly, securely, and effortlessly.

You can modify your SIXT reservation directly online via Self-Service or via the App. Once you log in to Self-Service, a security code will be sent to your email address, giving you direct access to your booking details so you can conveniently make changes if needed. Alternatively, you can contact our Support Team via Chat or WhatsApp.

 

Note: Conditions may differ for Prepaid ("Pay Now") bookings. Please check the terms of your booking in the rental information.

 

Note for wholesaler bookings: All adjustments must be made through the wholesaler directly, and cannot be managed by SIXT.

 

Extend or shorten your rental

Changes to your rental period can be made online via Self-Service or via the App, subject to availability. Alternatively, you can request changes via Chat or WhatsApp.

 

Change return location

You can easily change your return location online via Self-Service or via the App during an ongoing rental. Alternatively, you can inform us of changes via Chat or WhatsApp.

 

Add additional services after booking

You can add or modify additional services such as liability reduction including theft protection, tire and glass protection, or an additional driver up until the start of your rental. Fees for any additionally added drivers apply for the entire rental period.
