- Corralejo: This is a largely unspoilt town on Fuerteventura, at the northern tip of the island, and is also very popular with tourists. It's known for its long beaches and sandy dunes, which are sheltered by a ring of volcanic rock. Summer in Fuerteventura
In summer the first place to drive to is El Cotillo to go swimming in its exquisite lagoons. If you're with children, they'll love watching all the animals in the Oasis Park on Fuerteventura as much as you will. To get a taste of the wild side of the island, drive out to Cofete, the most unspoiled beach on Fuerteventura.
