Welcome to San Antonio Airport! Sixt is located in the SAT Rental Car Center (RCC). From the arrival terminal, take the elevator/escalator to the 3rd level following the signs for the Rental Car Center. The skybridge walkway on the 3rd floor will connect you to the Rental Car Center. Once at the Rental Car Center proceed to the main hall where Sixt is located on the left end.
I-410 E: Take I-410 E to Airport Blvd. San Antonio. Follow Airport Blvd to S Terminal Drive. Follow signs for the Rental Car Center. Sixt Car return is located on the 5th floor.
I-410 W: Take I-410 W to I-410 Access Rd/NE Interstate 410 Loop. Take exit 21B from I-410 W. Follow I-410 Access Rd/NE Interstate 410 Loop and Airport Blvd to S Terminal Drive. Follow signs for the Rental Car Center. Sixt Car return is located on the 5th floor.
To return your Sixt vehicle, please follow directions towards San Antonio Airport and look for signs leading you to "Rental Car Return". Once at the Rental Car Center please take the ramp to the 5th floor and follow signs to the Sixt car return area. A Sixt staff member will be there to check-in your vehicle. Please allow at least 10 minutes from the time of return to walk to the airport terminal.

San Antonio airport location has a great group of people. I left a bad review because of a misunderstanding on my bill, and only because of my misunderstanding of the bill at the time, I gave a bad review. however the general manager communicated with me quickly to resolve my issue (same day actually, thats extremely rare now a days), And so my review has changed of sixt and its employees. Ms. Rylee at the front desk was very friendly, and professional she knows her job well. When I returned the vehicle, Marc, was outstanding, I was greeted with a smile every time and they made sure I had everything I needed. believe it or not I didn't spend but about 3-5 min with any of them but they answered all my questions at the time quickly and they made me feel like I was an important customer. Thank you all at Sixt. I will be a returning customer.

I would have given SIXT a 5 star rating, but I found several pieces of trash left in the vehicle from a half drank water bottle to lip balm left in the back seat area. In addition the seats/carpets looked liked they were never vacuumed.
I read everyone's reviews and proceeded with caution. I rented because it was a last minute trip. I booked online and they sent me a confirmation email. My flight was arriving late and did not want to lose my reservation so I modified the pick up time online using the email they sent me. I arrived, no line. The guy was nice. I could not get a military discount and was told by his rude female coworker that I had to call customer service to get the discount before hand. It was a 200 deposit on top of the daily rental charges. There is an option to add liability insurance and prepay for gas so you can bring the car back empty. They handed me a receipt and was told to take it to the 5 the floor..where another employee looked at my receipt, handed me the keys, and told me the spot where I can find the car. I asked if the car will be inspected prior and the employee said the damages found on the vehicle are already noted on the receipt that was handed to me. I inspected the car myself (took pics) and made sure it was clean inside before taking it off the lot. I returned the car on time, same place I picked it up. Employee took my keys and said my invoice will be emailed to me. I got my 200 deposit back two days later. I gave it four stars because it was easy.. but did minus the one star for the female employee bad attitude and customer service.
