For the North Terminal our desk is located in the car hire centre on the Upper Level of the International Arrivals Hall. If you’re arriving at the South Terminal, exit the terminal building and follow the signs leading to Bus Stop No. 1. The car hire centre and the SIXT office is only a few steps away. We have a generous 24/7 return policy that allow you to drop your car off after business hours. Simply return the vehicle to the original terminal where it was picked up, following signs for Car Rentals, and park in one of our designated spots. Leave the keys in the secured box outside the office and you’re all set.

Recommend using app where you can quickly book, change the booking prior to collection add additional options or amend the booking during the contract without a need to go to the branch or telephone contact.

The staff at Gatwick could not be more helpful, particularly as this rental was in the middle of the fuel distribution issues. Staff were very helpful on what changes had been made to the standard terms because of this. The upgraded car I received did smell quite strongly of second hand smoke, which was a real shame. Other than that, the car was in very good condition.

I have since heard from sixt customer care and I'm happy with there explanation. It appears that Booking.com have my money and sixt haven't received payment for my cancelled car hire, this is a very poor show by Booking.com and I will be contacting them in the very near future. My thanks to sixt for giving me the information. And will give there customer feedback 5 stars . I had to cancel my car hire due to family and friends advice on the fuel crisis and the fact that the car fuel policy was like for like ,so I couldn't be sure I would be starting my journey with a full tank of fuel. I recieved an email today saying I wasn't in titled to a refund, or credit towards another date. So sixt(Booking.com)have 114 euro that they haven't earned because of people panic buying fuel . Seems wrong to me Reservation - Ref: 693394655
