The staff at the Sixt office in Bristol were fantastic. When I arrived there wasn’t a manual car available, however they listened to my concerns about driving an automatic for the first time for a trip to an unknown area of the UK, and advised me appropriately. They upgraded me to a higher spec (but smaller, therefore easier to drive/park) car and then took the time to show me how the automatic car worked. I left feeling confident with the car they had provided and thoroughly impressed with the level of service. Huge thanks to the whole team!
