Upon hotel pickup, your driver will meet you in the lobby or at the main entrance of the hotel.
If a flight number was provided, your driver will track your flight and wait for you behind the arrival gate. For a specific meeting point, indicate your preference in the NOTES TO DRIVER field.
In rare cases, a special meeting point may be required. You will receive further instructions via email in advance.
Please contact your driver as soon as you realize your delay so they can adjust accordingly. If free waiting time is exceeded, coordinate any additional waiting time with the driver. Short-term delays exceeding free waiting time cannot guarantee pickup.
Each booking includes a certain amount of free waiting time, which depends on the booking class and region. The exact duration is displayed during booking. For detailed information, see our booking conditions.
For on-demand rides with our ride-hailing partners (e.g., taxi), no free waiting time is included. Please proceed to the pickup location as soon as the app indicates your driver has arrived.
Contact your driver immediately if you are running late. If your free waiting time is exceeded, coordinate any additional waiting directly with your driver. SIXT cannot guarantee pickup for delays beyond the included waiting time.
Try reaching your driver using the contact information sent 30 minutes before pickup. You can also find the phone number in the ride details on the SIXT app or website. If unreachable, contact SIXT customer service via the phone number in the email or app.
