To cancel a booking, log in to your SIXT account on the website or in the app, navigate to your bookings overview, select the ride you wish to cancel, and click "Cancel". You will receive a cancellation confirmation via email immediately.
If you booked as a guest, open the booking confirmation email sent after your booking. Click on "CANCEL RIDE" to cancel, and a confirmation will be sent to your email.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the country and the booking class. For detailed information on cancellation fees, please refer to our booking conditions.
Easily modify your ride details through the SIXT App. Log in to your account, open your upcoming ride, and click on "Modify Ride". You can update your pickup time, pickup and dropoff locations, flight number, passenger details, and corporate information.
Please note that all changes may affect the ride fare. The updated fare will be displayed for your confirmation before you finalize the modification.
Modification of taxi services or third-party rides (e.g., Cabify, Lyft, Addison Lee) is not possible. Ride modifications are currently only available via the SIXT App.
