A driver is ssigned in the days after your booking is created. Rest assured that for short-term bookings our support team will do their best to find a suitable driver for you.
If you had a great experience with a driver previously, you can use the Favorite Driver feature to save this driver in your SIXT account. When booking in the same area again, we will do our best to assign this driver to your ride.
To use this feature, go to MY BOOKINGS in the SIXT app, select the ride with your desired driver, and add the driver as a favorite.
For premium classes, drivers are professionally dressed in black suits and offer a high level of service.
Driver contact details, including name and vehicle information, are sent via email and SMS 30 minutes before your scheduled pickup. You can also review them in your SIXT account via the app or website.
Yes, your driver may contact you using the phone number you provided during the booking. Please ensure your phone is reachable before and during the pickup window to facilitate a smooth handover.
