What you need to do:
It is important to provide your aircraft number (tail number) when booking, and ensure your flight is traceable via FlightAware. Only when these conditions are met can your driver track your flight and update your pickup time according to the actual landing time.

Benefits of entering your tail number:
Only by providing the tail number will your ride be considered an airport pickup. According to our booking conditions, you will also benefit from additional free waiting time.

Please note that additional charges may apply if the expected arrival time differs significantly from the actual landing time. Specify the selected FBO in the address or comments field to help coordinate the pickup reliably.
