Contact your driver as soon as you realise something is missing — every SIXT ride driver is required to check the vehicle after each ride, so your item is likely still there.

1. Act quickly and get in touch with your driver directly through the SIXT App.
2. If you're unable to reach the driver, contact SIXT ride support using the options below.

Good to know

While drivers check the vehicle after every ride, SIXT does not accept liability for personal items left in any vehicle. We strongly recommend contacting the driver at the earliest opportunity.
