How do I activate my SIXT ride credit?

Activation is handled via American Express. Please reach out to the customer support teams at American Express to enroll to the benefit.

How do I redeem my ride credit?

When booking a ride via the SIXT app or website, your available credit will be automatically applied to the fare. Each ride may use a portion of the total credit, depending on the booking amount.

Can I use my SIXT ride credit for taxi or third-party rides?

The credit is valid only for pre-booked SIXT ride transfers and limousine services. Taxi or third-party ride-hailing services are not eligible for redemption.

Can I combine SIXT ride credit with other promotions or vouchers?

No combining your credit with other discounts is not possible.

The use of the ride credit is restricted to bookings of professional transfer and chauffeur services, which can only be booked in advance. The credit cannot be applied to taxi bookings or other offerings from ride-hailing partners.
