What is the Return Receipt Email?

Shortly after the vehicle inspection, you will receive a Return Receipt Email. This confirms the vehicle return and provides an overview of the estimated final charges.

Why does the Return Receipt Email include estimated amounts?

After you return your vehicle, we carry out a final inspection to determine whether any additional costs for services have been incurred that were not included in the original rental price. Such costs may arise, for example, from refueling or special cleaning.

The final invoice may therefore differ slightly and will be sent to you once all calculations are complete — usually within a few days after your rental has ended.
