How it works

Car delivery

Booking: Book SIXT Delivery directly with your car rental.
Vehicle delivery: We will bring your rental car to your desired location at the agreed time.
Enjoy the ride with your SIXT rental car!
 

Car rental pick-up

  1. Book your pick-up right at the time of rental.
  2. Convenient pick-up order in your SIXT account: To do this, simply go on the web or in your SIXT app to your personal SIXT account, click on "Bookings" and select the relevant rental. Go to "End rental". By clicking on this point, you end your rental at the time that suits you and trigger a pick-up request.
  3. Vehicle pick-up: We will bring the vehicle back to the SIXT branch for you.
  4. Enjoy your valuable time!
  5. Alternatively, you can continue to notify us of the end of your rental by telephone.


Delivery and fees

Bookings with pick-up or delivery can only be paid by credit card.
All rentals are subject to SIXT's terms and conditions. 


How is delivery/collection charged?

With our delivery and pick-up model, we now calculate the distance as the crow flies. Your advantage: No additional costs due to traffic jams or inconvenient routes.
