What do I do in the event of a breakdown? 

SIXT provides the relevant contact data on our key fobs as well as on our rental agreements. Contact information will also be provided for European breakdown as long as SIXT have given authorisation for the vehicle to be taken abroad. If a vehicle is supplied by one of our partners, contact information for the breakdown will be available in the vehicle.
