I am in my mid 60’s and have rented vehicles all over the world from various companies including SIXT. I am not in the habit of leaving reviews for any experience, be it rental vehicles or other consumer products. However, on this occasion, I feel compelled to do so.
I rented a vehicle from the Nottingham Train Station branch of SIXT for a 7 week period. The customer service at the pick up point was first class. I was served by a young man (Ikram Musa) who was very polite, professional and was very helpful in regards to options, upgrades and help with pricing given that it was a prolonged rental period.
I did settle for an upgrade at extra cost but was very pleased overall.
Some minor issues did arise with the vehicle during the rental period and the company was more than helpful in sorting out the problems with no affect on the overall experience. Issues resolved successfully.
This is where SIXT really shone i.e. “customer service” which is often sadly lacking with many companies. My contact with “after sales service” was second to none. VIP Corporate Customer Services could not be more helpful. This included the young man I dealt with initially at the Nottingham Train Station office.
First class experience and I have already booked another vehicle from the same office.
Well done SIXT; well done Customer Services; well done Ikram Musa.
