Take the motorway towords Bilbao/Santander and take the exit no. 14 signposted Centro/Artxanda. You will enter a toll road. Follow the road and turn right at the Guggenheim Museum. After a few meters, you will reach the Plaza de Euskadi. The Sixt branch is located near the main entry of the tower Iberdrola.



By car from Santander A8/San Sebastian AP8/A8

Take the exit no. 117 signposted Bilbao/Jesusen Behotza Plaza and follow the road. Take the first exit at the roundabout onto Gran Vía. At the next roundabout take the 4th exit onto Calle Elcano. After 650 meters you will reach the Plaza de Euskadi. The Sixt branch is located near the main entry of the tower Iberdrola.



By Public Bus (Bilbobus)

Bus number 1, 10, 13 and 18 Bus stop: Plaza del Museo de Bellas Artes

Bus number 13, 27, 38 and 48 Bus stop: Alameda de Rekalde

Cars: Enter the public parking Plaza Euskadi and follow the signs Planta -3 (orangelevel) Please park your car where it is indicated for Sixt. You will reach our office easy by elevator. Take exit P. Deusto.

Trucks: Please note, that return of vans and trucks is only possible within the opening hours. Outside the opening hours, transporter higher than 1.80 m have to be returned to our Sixt branch Bilbao Airport.

Lo primero es decir que esta ocasión no ha sido en la sucursal del centro en plaza Euskadi sino en la del aeropuerto ya que por la situación del COVID estaba cerrada la de Plaza Euskadi .. la experiencia es la mejor ,la oferta de larga duración vale la pena y de veras que es la mejor oportunidad sobre todo para mi esposo y yo que somos nuevos en la conducción y sólo SIXT alquila a conductores de menos de 1 año de experiencia.. Todos muy atentos y serviciales .. La recomiendo 100 %... Gracias 💜

We booked a car through the website (VW Polo), got an Opel Crossland instead. Car was ok. Didn't take additional insurance etc. Walked out, first thing I noticed was a big dent on the hood. Went back, they noted the damage. Level of English wasn't very impressive. Before returning, we refuelled the car at the gas station Google indicated was closest by (3km), until 'click' of the pump. Just got back home, and just received an invoice of 6 euros for fuel + 26 euros for refuelling. Rather strange. Would recommend anyone to take pictures & videos of range etc. before returning to prevent such surprises, or opt for another 'economy' brand such as Enterprise, service is probably the same, car hire will be cheaper. The 'premiumness' of Sixt you won't find here.
