Great customer service !!!
I've used many car rental services in the USA and outside of the country. For the first time, my fiancée's family suggested Sixt and I have to say this has been the best rental place that I have encounter with their customer service; I have not received my car yet. Their customer service is exceptional and very accommodating. Wish we had the same customer service in the states. At the beginning, it was a grinding process after a couple of weeks; I discovered the automatic car required additional confirmation from the location i was picking my car from. i panic and I called the rental location in Europe (Airport in Wroclaw) where the call was picked up by the manager Mr.Bartlomiej at Wrolcaw Airport in Poland And to my surprise he was exceptional - walked me through the process with the proper items needed to rent the car (i needed international license which I didn't know..i got that done asap here in NY ). Mr.Bartlomiej explained in perfect english everything and i was pleasantly surprised. He is a class act of customer service. The second time i called the service was even better. He ensured me that when i arrive my automatic car will be ready. My concerns were alleviated. Mr.Bartlomiej superiors should be proud of such great customer service at this location.
After this experience i can relax and get ready for my trip knowing that I'm in good hands with Sixt and Mr.Bartlomiej. I will continue to recommend your rental to others who plan to travel to Europe and visit Poland, and if anyone will be flying to airport in Wroclaw ...i can assure you that you will be amazed by the customer service provided by Mr.Bartlomiej.!!! I hope I will be able to thank him in person this upcoming Monday.
