Rented a car here for my vacation. They gave me a nice rental car that was in really good condition. The only thing I would say that I feel they should do better is make it a little easier to pick up and return the car. It has a very small airport and it's kind of confusing where to pick up your car and who to talk to. This is especially true when you return your car and the car keys. There is no one at the airport to direct you. And after returning your car you end up wondering if you returned the car at the correct place and hoping you won't get charged a huge fee if you didn't.
Not sure why such low reviews? I rented a car and there was a mistake made - automatic when manual booked. Excellent customer service with a replacement (upgraded free of charge) within 1 hour. Will book again!
