The rental experience was magnificent - welcoming and helpful staff rendered professional services at their best. I did enjoy the drive, the car was superb. I chose BMW 118d.

It was my first time to use Sixt as I'm a very loyal customer to Hertz. I was little worried specially after a very bad experience with Gold Car at the airport. Fortunately I was welcomed by Cinzia who was very helpful. I showed her the price I found online to make sure she would give me the same price, but she didn't. She gave me even a better price.I was extremely happy 😊 😃 She gave me advices on some tourism places and the procedures was fast and smoth. In my opinion such an employee is an asset to Sixt and increases customers' loyalty because Cinzia will surely make me come back again. Thank you Cinzia Bruni

Today I dropped the car. Merel was very helpful and professional. I went back to the office and the process was very fast and smooth. Many thanks to Julia and Merel. They said my deposit will be paid back to my credit card within few days. I am happy with Sixt 😊i

Just make sure you fill the car up, they'll charge you loads if they have to do it. Like 75 euros to fill it up!
