When I arrived at Sixt Bologna I had been travelling all day & my luggage was lost, so I was a bit fed up. Unfortunately I had a couple of issues with the front desk at Sixt, which I don't normally have. They are usually very good. Stefano Brunelli & Kevin helped me sort them out. I went on my way & got my first puncture in a rental car after more than 20 years. I changed the wheel, returned to Sixt, got another car & went on my way again. The followup communication & help from Stefano was fantastic. When I returned several weeks later to rent another car Stefano & Rosario R made sure that I was looked after royally. This kind of service will keep my loyalty to Sixt. Molto bene.
