I had a very pleasant experience with Sixt car rental. At the time of renting, the staff advised me well on the options available and gave me a better car than I expected. The vehicle condition is first class. At the time of returning the car, I was late by 30 mins, but the staff were very supportive, although it was after their regular opening times.
After the rental, I got the invoice for an extra day because of the 30 mins delay in returning the car, So I raised a request with customer care, and they have adjusted the invoice understanding my situation.
