The staff are polite, and the person at reception is good. The car was clean and the process is simple. BUT. After a couple of days I've received a bill with a requirement to pay extra about 300 euro! The car had 300 km included, I've driven about 290 km, but in the bill it was more than 1100 km! And it is during only 9 hours. That's constant 130 km/h without a single stop! I've wrote an email to support, and I will change this review as soon as this issue is solved. Until then it is just crazy!
