The rental location was Sixt Leer. Though it was online very easy to book a online, it turned out to be nearly impossible to pick the car up a day earlier or at least very expensive! while this was initially disappointing and frustrating. This feeling luckily vanquished after arrived at the pick up location where we arrived by car, it was easy to find and parking space was sufficient. There was at the front office no queue and the lady of the front desk explained the procedure and information well, patiently and with a smile. She even offered us a free upgrade which we turned down because we liked the book car more. But the gesture was nice. We did not book the zero risk insurance which she noticed and explained but she did not push for additional insurance what so ever. Return of the car was easy and convenient and took us about 5 minutes or probably even less if i did not had checked the car for ten times to see if it was really empty of all my belongings. After two days i received the final receipt whats stated that there was no damage to the car so my deposit would be refund the same day. To summarize after a rocky start with the online booking procedure which turned out to be as flexible as reinforced concrete cased in pure diamond. The experience with the location in Leer and the car which came very well equipped more than made it a great service experience. I definitely would recommend Sixt and especially the location in leer!
