In all my years of renting cars across the world, I have not had as good as an experience than I did with Cedric at Sixt. We had initially booked an electric car and we had several questions regarding charging - Cedric took it upon himself to understand our weekend itinerary and suggested that we would be better off with a regular car - during a busy check in period on Friday morning, he found us a Petrol car (which was much nicer than the one we had booked), and offered us this upgrade for free! 10/10 Customer Service.
