C’est la 1ère fois que je poste un avis positif pour une agence de location. Régulièrement en voyage d’affaires en Europe, j’ai eu l’occasion de tester presque toutes les compagnies. J’étais resté sur un très mauvais à priori sur Sixt, à cause de l’agence de Marseille très insistante sur les assurances, et je m’étais juré de ne plus prendre cette compagnie. Jusqu’à ce qu’une amie réserve sans que je le sache dans cette agence Sixt de La Rochelle il y 15 jours. Et là, enregistrement super simple, surclassement alors que c’est la 1ère fois que j’y vais et sans carte de fidélité Sixt,... et surtout aucune insistance pour que je prenne une assurance complémentaire. On m’a proposé qu’une fois, j’ai dit non et on m’a dit « Pas de problème ». Quand j’ai fini l’enregistrement en quelques minutes j’ai demandé plusieurs fois « C’est tout? », car j’en revenais pas. Bref, réconcilié avec Sixt grâce à ce critère qui peut sembler anodin, mais extrêmement appréciable pour le client. Je réalise que c’est vraiment la politique de l’agence (ou peut-être de la personne au vu de certains commentaires) et non du groupe qui fait la différence. Encore merci à cette jeune femme qui nous a reçu en tout cas. J’espère que cela se généralisera.

PS: j’ai attendu ma facture au cas où on m’ait mis un supplément non anticipé, mais rien! 🤗
