  "Overall, I'm very happy with my car rental, however I had 2 issues: 1. The interior of the car I received was not properly cleaned and had a few broken compartments. The manager on duty ensured that the car got cleaned after my complaint, so well done to him. 2. The website says that 24 hours return is possible at the Wembley branch, however when I picked the car, I was told the car could be returned to the yard next door and that SixT will not accept responsibility if anything happens to the car overnight. I feel this is wrong as customers are not being informed properly of the 24 hours returns policy. Overall, however, as mentioned, I'm very happy with the rental esp as I got a slight upgrade to the car I paid for. Cheers! "

I liked the van allocated to me and it feels like I was driving a car. Fantastic. On returning the van the next day, it did not take long before the transaction was closed and my deposit promptly refunded back to my bank account. Definitely I will surely come back and will recommend friends and family to use Sixt for vehicle rental. Good service and reasonable price for people like me unemployed and very low income.."
