"Hi, Just want to give a glowing feedback. I absolutely am delighted with Sixt. I have used them over 6 times in the past year, and I have also used Europcar twice. I regretted using Europcar, and worst of all didn't learn my lesson from using Europcar the first time. Sixt service is great, your staff was prompt and courteous. The pickup car was on time, and waited for me and my wife (we had six luggages and two carry bags). The car was ready in time. There was not much waiting time. We managed to sort out the process of getting the car in no time. Really really good service. I also loved the flexibility of both location and fleet of cars available. The cars provided has always been as detailed when I booked it (unlike Europcar as an example, which promised a Mercedes C class, but I was given a Skoda instead). I would definitely use Sixt again. "Arrived at Heathrow Terminal 4, called the freephone number from inside the terminal and waited no longer than 3 minutes at the bus stop for the courtesy bus to arrive. At the depot service was friendly and efficient and I drove away in a very clean car in about 15 minutes. Returning the car was just as simple, and filling up at the petrol station next door and accessing SixT from the petrol station was an added bonus. Apart from a slight delay while the courtesy bus was refueled the service could not have been better. This is my first time to use SixT, against the competition, all of which I have used, National, Europacar, Enterprise and Hertz, I can honestly say SixT is second to none. I hope this was not a one off, but I will definitely being using them again. Oh, did I mention, the price is good as well."
