Rent a Truck for a Half-Day with SIXT

Using our straightforward booking tool found on the SIXT website the process of half-day or even hourly van hire is easy. Please make sure the pick-up date and drop-off date are the same. Doing this means you will also have the option of choosing times within that day.

To start with, choose your pickup location, you can then select a box if you wish to return it to a different location. After that you can choose your preferred van size. We will then check the availability. After that you can add moving equipment and even extra drivers to the booking.

Our SIXT Van Fleet

All our vehicles are a maximum of three months old and come from leading manufacturers. This includes the SIXT van hire fleet. In the UK you can choose between various sizes and weight capacities, with models from both Ford and Volkswagen.

The Ford Transit Custom is perfect for smaller pick-ups and has excellent handling, making it a popular city type van. If you have a larger cargo SIXT also carries medium and larger truck type vehicles. However, you must be at least 23 for our extra-large vans and 25 for our transit van. If you need any tools, we can include moving equipment if requested during the booking.
