Step 1 – After landing, walk out of the Terminal 5 arrivals area.
Step 2 – Pass by the shops and the Underground.
Step 3 – Ignore the exit for buses, taxis and cars.
Step 4 – Bear left and take the lift up to level 1 marked Sofitel Hotel.
Step 5 – Follow the walkway to the Sixt counter within the hotel.

Here are the 5 easy steps for when you’re dropping off your Sixt rental car at Heathrow Terminal 5, leaving you plenty of time to catch that all important flight! Our location is less than a mile from Junction 14 off the M25:
Step 1 – Take junction 14 from the M25 and follow the signs for Terminal 5.
