Pullach, Germany, 10th August 2016 – A new online presence for Sixt: the mobility provider has comprehensively overhauled its corporate website. Visitors to the website www.about.sixt.com will find out everything they need to know about the family-run company in the form of videos, animations and all sorts of information. The content concept has been developed entirely by Sixt employees, with the advertising agency Jung von Matt providing assistance in terms of the website look.

The new and innovative website replicates the world of Sixt with its variety of services and various lines of business. In an introductory video, a virtual camera pans across the world of Sixt, showcasing all of the company’s products and subsidiaries, from its premium car sharing service DriveNow and its transfer service provider myDriver to the Sixt Limousine Service and Sixt Leasing SE. With this new website, Sixt presents itself in a modern design and provides comprehensive information on topics such as success factors, the company’s history and key performance indicators. There is also a detailed presentation of the company’s official corporate social responsibility programme, the Regine Sixt Children’s Aid Foundation ‘Drying Little Tears’. The attention-grabbing advertising and marketing campaigns, which play a major part in boosting the mobility provider’s profile, likewise have their own menu item, presenting the most successful Sixt advertising motifs from around the world.
Sixt paid a great deal of attention to detail when designing the new website. It therefore features a large number of ‘Easter eggs’ such as short animations on the individual product tiles. And it goes without saying that the website is fully optimised for mobile devices.
The new www.about.sixt.com homepage is now online. A comprehensive careers section will be added before the end of the year, providing potential candidates with information about jobs and ways in which to become a part of the global Sixt family. Until then, the careers website can be found at www.sixt.jobs.
