Wembley
Wembley is situated in the Borough of Brent, in London, and is infamous for Wembley Stadium and Arena for its high profile football matches and music concerts.
Wembey Stadiumand Arena has seem some recent re-developments in 2007. Located in Wembley Park, the Orginal stadium built in 1923, which was otherwise known as the Empire stadium, known for beign one of the mostfamous football stadiums in the world, until it was demolished in 2003. The stadium now holds a capacity of 90,000 and is the second largest stadium in Europe, and hosts many of the UK's top levelclub competitions including the FA Cup. "All in all I was very happy with the service however I was very surprised to find, when paying with a Debit Card, that I had to put down a deposit for the rental charge and a tank of petrol on top of what I was paying for the hire of the car. I had not budgeted for such a large charge to leave my account and in the future I will ensure that I pay in advance so that I am not placed in the same situation. I do appreciate, however, that the deposit was refunded but due to the charge being made I was forced to go into my overdraft - in future I will ensure I read the small print. I do not recall this deposit process happening in the past - I assume this is a recent change? Again, not really a complaint, just a comment - I have rented, and will continue to rent, from Sixt Wembley as the service has always been very good."

"(1)Petrol prices have rocketed and you have taken away the £9 per day low cost facility. As a result my bookings through sixt will have to dramatically decrease. Avis are cheaper and will deliver to my door. (2) You have added a per day insurance obligation to the on line booking which bumps up the price. "Overall, I'm very happy with my car rental, however I had 2 issues: 1. The interior of the car I received was not properly cleaned and had a few broken compartments. The manager on duty ensured that the car got cleaned after my complaint, so well done to him. 2. The website says that 24 hours return is possible at the Wembley branch, however when I picked the car, I was told the car could be returned to the yard next door and that SixT will not accept responsibility if anything happens to the car overnight. I feel this is wrong as customers are not being informed properly of the 24 hours returns policy. Overall, however, as mentioned, I'm very happy with the rental esp as I got a slight upgrade to the car I paid for. Cheers! "
