If your flight is delayed or arrives early, you don't need to do anything — SIXT ride tracks your flight automatically and updates your driver. If your flight is cancelled or diverted, cancel your booking as soon as possible to avoid fees.

If you entered your flight number at the time of booking, we'll track your flight in real time and inform your driver of any change to your arrival time. Free waiting time and cancellation windows adjust automatically based on your actual landing time — no action needed from you.

We're unable to respond automatically to cancellations or diversions, so please act quickly:
