A driver is assigned in the days after your booking is created. For short-notice bookings, our support team will do their best to find a suitable driver for you.
\n\nRequesting a favourite driver
\nIf you've had a great experience with a driver before, you can save them using the Favourite Driver feature in your SIXT account. When you book in the same area again, we'll do our best to assign that driver to your ride.

\nFor premium class bookings, drivers are professionally dressed in black suits and deliver a high standard of service.
