\nIn rare cases, a specific meeting point may be required. You'll receive instructions by email in advance.

\nContact your driver as soon as you realise you'll be delayed so they can adjust. If your delay exceeds the free waiting time, agree any additional waiting directly with the driver. Please note that collection cannot be guaranteed for short-notice delays beyond the free waiting period.
