Are there any additional charges for flight delays or early arrivals?

If you provide your flight details when booking, there should be no additional surcharges for your airport transfers if there are delays. Our drivers will track your flight and adjust the pick-up time accordingly so you don't have to worry about flight delays or early arrivals. We also include a free 60-minute wait time from when you land, providing more than enough time to grab your luggage and get through passport control.

Where will I meet my driver?

For airport pickups, your driver will be waiting for you once you exit the baggage claim with a sign that clearly displays your name, so you can easily identify them. We recommend you enter your flight number when your book your ride so your driver will know exactly when and at what terminal to wait for you. For those who have booked a transfer to the airport, your driver will wait for you outside your chosen address or inside your hotel lobby.
