From that date onwards the information about a qualified drivers history including any endorsements will only be available directly from the DVLA.<\/p>\n<p>Sixt have therefore introduced a new initiative for customers to minimise any impact on their rental experience when renting in the UK.<\/p>\n<h3>Driver&#8217;s Licence Changes<\/h3>\n<p>As a part of the changes the DVLA has introduced a new web-based service allowing users to receive a code which can be used by car hire companies to view the individuals driving record.<\/p>\n<p>The new service is available from the DVLA website, the user simply needs to enter their driving license number, National Insurance number and home Postcode.
