Open \"Bookings\" and select the relevant rental
In the \"Your information\" section, click \"Add billing address\"
Enter the company name and address and save
Tip: In the \"Profile\" section, you can save your company details and billing address as defaults – they'll then be used automatically for any future bookings.
Add a VAT number
A VAT number can't be added by yourself on the website or in the SIXT app via your booking management. Just message us on WhatsApp or Live Chat with your rental agreement number and the correct VAT number – we'll add it and send you an updated PDF invoice by email.
Exception: corporate rentals with a fixed billing address
For corporate rentals with a fixed billing address on file, changes can't be made on the website or in the SIXT app. Just message us on WhatsApp or Live Chat with your rental agreement number – we'll check whether an update is possible.
