Rentals can generally be extended up to 28 days after successful authorization. You can easily extend your rental via the app or through “Manage Booking” in our self-service portal.
If you need to extend your rental beyond 28 days, a new reservation and rental agreement is required. We recommend booking online to prepare everything in advance.
If the extension meets the above requirements but is not going through, check that the funds are available in your account. When this is not the issue, the vehicle may have reached its maximum rental period and needs to be defleeted. In this instance, you can make a new reservation and come into the branch.
All rentals are charged based on a 24-hour billing cycle.
Example 1: You pick up the vehicle at 12:00 PM on day one and return it at 12:00 PM on day two → only one day is charged.
Example 2: You return the vehicle at 1:00 PM → an additional day is charged.
This ensures that your billing remains clear and easy to follow.
