At this branch you rent digitally! Opening the vehicle and starting the rental are done keyless via the SIXT app. Please note that you will find neither a SIXT counter nor SIXT staff at this location. The verification of your driving licence and ID will be done directly via the SIXT app. Therefore it is mandatory to register first in SIXT app in order to be able to rent at this branch.
To pick up your car, please go to Qpark at Antwerp Berchem Train Station. (Burgemeester E. Ryckaertsplein 2, Antwerp). You can enter the parking from the train station directly or from the bus stop, just outside. To open the gate enter code: 9371B. The SIXT parking is located on the -1 level, close to parking ticket validation machines and Qpark office.
Please bring your BANK CARD READER to authorise the payment (only for Belgium bank credit card holders).
To return the vehicle, please drive into Qpark at Antwerp Berchem Train Station (Burgemeester E. Ryckaertsplein 2, Antwerp). The SIXT parking lots are on -1 level, by the exit on the right hand side. Once your are there, please park the vehicle in the SIXT parking lots. If there's no SIXT parking lot available, you can park the vehicle at the next available parking spot. Place the vehicle key in the glove compartment and make sure not to forget any personal belongings in the vehicle. With the help of the SIXT app you end the rental and lock the vehicle.
