How do I claim my Sixt Price Match?

1. reserve your vehicle with Sixt
2. If you find a cheaper quote, send this offer in writing to reservations(at)sixt.com. You must include your Sixt reservation confirmation, or reservation number.
3. In Subject heading please state ‘SIXT PRICE MATCH’
4. A Sixt representative will review your Sixt Price Match request and contact you via the details at time of booking
5. If the Price Match is confirmed any money due will be credited to the credit card given at the time of reservation

Terms and conditions

1.Your claim must be submitted in writing to reservations(at)sixt.com. Claims that are submitted via other means are not valid.

2.You have booked your car rental through sixt.co.uk/visit-london

3. You must forward the published and available offer within 24 hours of receiving your booking confirmation with Sixt. The rate sent to us must meet the following criteria:

>The rate is for the same vehicle category and vehicle specification that you have booked (e.g air conditioning, number of doors)
>The pick up location is the same as the Sixt location (e.g if Sixt is in-terminal, the competitor also needs to be in-terminal)
>The same dates and duration of rental
>The same booking terms (e.g policies on fuel, insurances, inclusive taxes / CDW, advance payments, deposits, change and cancellation policies, etc)
4.The comparison rate must be viewable and bookable online.
5.The name of the car rental supplier must be given.
6.The Sixt Price Match does not apply to the following situations:

>Rates from 'opaque providers', such as Priceline.com and Hotwire.com which only give the buyer detailed information relating to available car groups after the buyer has guaranteed payment. The price given prior to guaranteed payment may not include certain information such as name of supplier and precise location.
>Any kind of package rates which include car rental
>Rates that are not publicly available, such as negotiated corporate rates
>Rates quoted in direct mail or electronic mail solicitations
>Rates offered only to members of certain groups or individuals who meet previously specified criteria, such as members of associations or special programs
>Rates that are available on auction websites

Sixt and Visit London are not responsible for any fees or costs incurred due to cancellation of such a reservation.

7.Rate comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities or other fees associated with the car rental. Fees for the reservations made online will, however, be included in the rate comparison.

8.If the comparison rate is in a different currency to the Sixt rate, Sixt will convert the comparison rate into the same currency as the rate offered on the Sixt website. The currency exchange rate will be based on the rate at the time of making the original reservation on the Sixt website.

9.If a multiple day rental is booked, the average rate of each day is calculated and compared to the average day rental of your Sixt booking.

10.The Sixt Price Match is void where prohibited by law.

11.Sixt reserves the right to adjust or cease the Sixt Price Match at any time without prior notice.
