How do I cancel my reservation? 

Cancellation can be made online.

 

What is the charge to cancel a reservation? 

A prepaid booking can be canceled before the start of the rental. In the event of a cancellation we will charge

• 99 GBP inclusive tax when cancelling before pick-up - the cancellation fee will never exceed the total prepaid amount.
• Full reservation amount when cancelling after scheduled pick-up. 

Pay on arrival cancellations may be made free of charge.

Note: For corporate customers with individual agreements alternative prices and regulations can apply. 

 

How much notice must I give to cancel a reservation? 

Cancellations can be made at any point prior to the start of the rental. Please note if a prepaid reservation is not cancelled prior to the start time and then not collected, the rental amount will still be charged to the customer in full.
