I spoke to your chap on reception when I returned the vehicle and mentioned to him that I thought it would be good idea if you could provide just a brief document explaining the dashboard controls etc. I'd had the car for almost a week before I discovered that it had cruise control. Which I'd never seen on a small manual car and also I could not fully understand the change of information displayed which is changed by a similar switch on the other column stalk. Still a great little car and good service."

"Firstly, the lady who was working on the front desk was wonderful; friendly, efficent and professional. As a business manager myself, she is the kind of person you want as the face of your business dealing with the public. One matter that was not clear was the drop off location at the end of the hire. We were told to drop of the car in the Avis car park. I was confused as this involves taking a ticket to enter the parking area which may be confusing for some patrons. I asked an Avis rep who was standing at the car park enterance if he knew where to park, he said the Sixt park was further down and not to enter there ( this was not the case)Perhaps this parking either needs to be explained better or a map/note in the car needs to be provided (maybe a laminated card in the glovebox). Most car rental experiences I've had are always terrible, always hidden terms and conditions, some sort of scam with the petrol etc, but you guys were pretty black and white. Get it full, return it full. Easy. When I arrived to pick up my car they were expecting me, the car was waiting for me out the front of the office and I had been given an upgrade. The lady I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Loved the online checkin to reduce the time in the office (the amount of times I've stood in queues with 5 people in front of me and each person taking half an hour!). Very happy. Thanks! Annah."

When we turned up at the Fulham/Chelsea shop your staff were extremely helpful and polite. The chap who brought the van from the parking lot went over the van with me to point out any bumps and scratches without me having to ask him to. The van was exactly what we needed and was a lot better to drive up the motorway than I had expected. I thought it might be sluggish like the last van I hired.
