I was very impressed by the way the staff informed us of the problem and let us know they would help us a soon as they could. As I stranded my check in online my pick up took minutes and I was in my way. When I returned I interacted with the same staff members who were super friendly and helpful. A great experience all round."

Most car rental experiences I've had are always terrible, always hidden terms and conditions, some sort of scam with the petrol etc, but you guys were pretty black and white. Get it full, return it full. Easy. When I arrived to pick up my car they were expecting me, the car was waiting for me out the front of the office and I had been given an upgrade. The lady I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Loved the online checkin to reduce the time in the office (the amount of times I've stood in queues with 5 people in front of me and each person taking half an hour!). Very happy. Thanks! Annah."

"This is only the second time I have hired a van, and the first time with Sixt. I was impressed from the word go. Your internet site is very easy to use. When we turned up at the Fulham/Chelsea shop your staff were extremely helpful and polite. The chap who brought the van from the parking lot went over the van with me to point out any bumps and scratches without me having to ask him to. The van was exactly what we needed and was a lot better to drive up the motorway than I had expected. I thought it might be sluggish like the last van I hired.
