When we turned up at the Fulham/Chelsea shop your staff were extremely helpful and polite. The chap who brought the van from the parking lot went over the van with me to point out any bumps and scratches without me having to ask him to. The van was exactly what we needed and was a lot better to drive up the motorway than I had expected. I thought it might be sluggish like the last van I hired. We need to go back to Derbyshire in a few weeks time and will be contacting you again to hire another van. Many thanks for making what was a very stressful weekend for us that bit easier."
