"My train was late and I was in danger of missing closing time. Daniel at the Cardiff pick up not only agreed to stay, but called me a few minutes after my train pulled in to make sure I was on my way. I did arrive on time and he was very helpful getting me on the road in a matter of moments. Ditto for Saturday, when the GPS was wrongly programmed to an old address for the drop off. Richard gave me directions and then waited, his colleague drove me back to Cardiff station even though it was past closing time. I really appreciate the "family" feel at this branch. Many thanks. "
