"please can you make sure you advise customers clearly in rental terms that both parts of the driving licence is required i.e. plastic card and counterpart. I have never had to produce it in the last 10 years however my friend was able to bail me out on this occasion. otherwise well done very happy with the service."
"The service at the Brenwood branch was excellant, however the telephone enquiry was not. We were told that it could be booked on line with another persons credit card and collected by the driver. Not the case. After booking we were told that the credit card holder had to be present upon collection of the vehicle. The credit card holder was then late for work because they had to drive from Brentwood to Dagenham and be at work by 9.00am."
